Natalie
Natalie qualified as a Level 3 Canine hydrotherapist back in 2021 studying with K9HS and joined The Small Animal Clinic this year.
Having previously worked at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, where she developed her passion for rescue dogs and canine behaviour. This alongside working and volunteering at a handful of veterinary clinics opened Natalie’s eyes to Hydrotherapy and the incredible results it can have.
Natalie continues to strive to further her skills and help dogs in any way she can and has since gained her level 3 Aquatic Treadmill Practice qualification. Alongside her hydrotherapy Natalie works at The Dogs Trust to continue helping rescue dogs on a daily basis.

Kirsty Bolderston MSc, BSc, ITEC, MRAMP – Veterinary Physiotherapist, Canine Hydrotherapist & Clinic Manager (ITEC Sports Massage Therapist)
Kirsty holds a BSc level in Animal Therapy and an MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy, and is proud to be a RAMP-registered practitioner, with additional qualifications in Class IV photobiomodulation therapy (laser), kinesiology taping, and also a certified Indiba Practitioner. Alongside physiotherapy, she is qualified in canine hydrotherapy to Level 3, with a Level 4 module in advanced aquatic treadmill techniques.
At The Small Animal Clinic, Kirsty is our clinic manager, she also works primarily with our small animal patients—which might be dogs, cats, guinea pigs, or the occasional more unusual visitor! Kirsty also treats horses and other large animals through her wider practice.
Kirsty has a particular interest in biomechanics and rehabilitation. She also has a keen interest in the management of long-term, degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis. She says it is incredibly rewarding to support these animals through tailored physiotherapy and hydrotherapy programmes—helping them maintain comfort, function, and quality of life.
Kirsty shares her life with two senior pugs who inspired her to pursue this career. She says “the love, trust, and loyalty our animals give us is like nothing else—and if I can help others give that same care back to their pets, that’s what it’s all about. They have the purest hearts and souls, and they deserve nothing but the best.”
